Welcome - How to book the apartment
Please contact Tim Hall by phone, Email or letter giving the following details: Your full name, address, telephone number, E-mail address & proposed holiday dates. I also need to know the names & number of persons in your party, their nationality, passport number & country of issue, gender & approximate ages.
If you are making a booking at very short notice then please phone me on my land line at +44 (0)1952 541108. If you cannot reach me on this number, I might be away from home, then please phone me on my mobile number which is +44 (0)7980 271073.
Bookings are accepted only upon receipt of a 150 pounds deposit (£250 for peak periods) and are taken on first come first served basis. I, regrettably, cannot reserve weeks without payment of this deposit. The deposit is not refundable in cases of cancellation so therefore all clients are encouraged to take out holiday insurance, which will cover them for cancellation fees.
The balance of the total agreed price must be paid no later than 28 days prior to the date the rental commences. If payment is not received by this time the let will be considered cancelled, any deposit paid will be forfeited and I reserve the right to offer the let to another party.
Rental fees should be paid either by PayPal, cheque or international money order, made payable to T. Hall in Pounds Sterling. For clients paying from overseas then I recommend using PayPal which will enable you to use a credit card. If you wish to use a credit card & PayPal please email me and I will invoice you. Your invoice will arrive by email via the PayPal system & should be paid on receipt to reserve your booking dates.

Upon receipt of full payment and prior to your stay I will again confirm your booking & receipt of the full payment. At this time & in plenty of time for your departure on holiday I will send you a key & security access code to the apartment along with a map & any other instructions that you might require. Please return the key to me, by post, upon your return home. If you have any questions or doubts about the above please e-mail me.
I reserve the right to cancel rental agreements if for reasons beyond my control the property is not useable i.e. fire or natural disaster. In these cases my only liability to clients will be the rental fees already paid. Natural disaster does not include inclement winter conditions making travel to & from Chamonix difficult or impossible.
